Account Manager

Account Manager

The Account Manager role will build solid relationships with existing clients, lead project management from ideation through fulfillment, identify and drive new sales programs within existing clients while always prospecting for new client opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Executives with promotional campaigns, including order processing and logistics, presentation mock-ups, and client servicing, while assisting in creative idea generation and product design
  • Interact directly with clients on initial project inquiries, order creation and tracking, price quotes, vendor follow-up, and other steps necessary in a successful fulfillment process
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven atmosphere and answer client requests including product sourcing, quoting, and product recommendations in a professional, prompt, and accurate matter via email and phone
  • Collaborate with Accounting Department to ensure accurate order submission and processing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar area of concentration
  • 1-3 years of fast-paced, client-facing marketing or client-side corporate marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office including PPT, Word, Excel
  • Adobe CS (Illustrator and Photoshop) skills a plus
  • Ability to multitask and deliver on a high volume of projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a desire to present client campaigns
  • Ambitious, team and growth-oriented

Sales Executive

Sales Executive

The Sales/Account Executive will manage existing clients while driving new business development, and creating effective marketing solutions. A full sales training program and project management support is available from day one for account development, concept ideation through successful execution. Each Sales/Account Executive plays an integral role in our team.

We have positions open in downtown San Francisco, the Boston area, and the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.

Your Responsibilities

  • Meet & exceed annual sales goals through both existing clients and new business development.
  • Lead internal project team and supplier relationships to facilitate the best solutions for your clients from concepts to pricing, sourcing and fulfillment.
  • Be forward thinking; expanding our capabilities and yours.
  • Attend industry events and be an industry leader as a company ambassador.
  • Collaborate with our team and embrace our culture while influencing the future.
  • Establish your own accounts, any industry, no territory restrictions.
  • Learn relationship and consultative selling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Branding or similar areas of business concentration
  • 3+ years of fast-paced, idea-driven, goal achieving business experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office including PPT, Word, Excel
  • Adobe CS (Illustrator and Photoshop) skills are a real plus
  • Ability to multitask and deliver on a high volume of projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability and comfortability to present client campaigns
