Account Manager

Position

The Account Manager role will build solid relationships with existing clients, lead project management from ideation through fulfillment, identify and drive new sales programs within existing clients while always prospecting for new client opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Executives with promotional campaigns, including order processing and logistics, presentation mock-ups, and client servicing, while assisting in creative idea generation and product design
  • Interact directly with clients on initial project inquiries, order creation and tracking, price quotes, vendor follow-up, and other steps necessary in a successful fulfillment process
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven atmosphere and answer client requests including product sourcing, quoting, and product recommendations in a professional, prompt, and accurate matter via email and phone
  • Collaborate with Accounting Department to ensure accurate order submission and processing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar area of concentration
  • 1-3 years of fast-paced, client-facing marketing or client-side corporate marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office including PPT, Word, Excel
  • Adobe CS (Illustrator and Photoshop) skills a plus
  • Ability to multitask and deliver on a high volume of projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a desire to present client campaigns
  • Ambitious, team and growth-oriented

Sales Executive

Position

The Sales Executive will lead the management of their existing clients while driving new business development. We value and fully support your client base in project management from ideation through successful execution and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive annual sales goals through both existing clients and new business development
  • Lead internal project team and supplier relationships to facilitate the best solutions for your clients from concepts to pricing, sourcing and fulfillment

Qualifications
